Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order. By browsing or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these terms.
All meat and poultry products offered are 100% Halal, slaughtered and handled in strict accordance with Islamic guidelines. We adhere to the highest standards of sanitation, food safety, and hygiene approved by the Dubai Municipality and UAE regulatory authorities.
Since our products are fresh and processed daily, availability of certain items may vary based on market conditions. The farm reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline orders in coordination with the customer to guarantee optimal service.
All fresh, chilled, and frozen meat products are delivered using specialized refrigerated trucks configured to maintain temperature controls throughout transit. We deliver across Dubai, and recommend customers ensure someone is present to accept deliveries to maintain safety chains.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, poultry, and food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is accepted by the customer at the time of delivery. If there is a visible quality concern at delivery, please reject the item with the courier or contact us within 2 hours to arrange a replacement.
